20-24th Week Detailed Ultrasound and Fetal Echocardiography is the most important and critical examination of our baby that requires knowledge and experience.

The examinations at 12/22/32nd weeks are very valuable in the development of our babies.

Why especially in these weeks?

Because we must make sure that most organs are healthy early in the 12th week. The 12th week is not a time to only check the thickness of the neck. With good devices and experienced hands, fingers, toes, spine, heart, kidneys, bladder, stomach, lips, eyes can be examined in the 12th week. Unfortunately, waiting until the 21st week would be too late for serious diseases that may be detected in our baby.

In the 20-24th weeks, we examine all our organs in detail with our most important examination, Detailed Ultrasound and Fetal Echocardiography.

Why do we say that we should see our baby, who is normal in the 20-24th week, again in the 32nd week?

Especially some heart hole and vascular diameter narrowing diseases, bone shortness, jaw retardation, enlargement of intestines and kidneys, some brain diseases, water deficiency or excess, developmental delay or large baby can occur especially towards the end.

Perinatology examinations will be very beneficial for our expectant mothers who are all right and do not have risky pregnancies, at least in these weeks.

Let's not forget that; 75% of our babies we detect problems in detailed ultrasound are seen in healthy pregnancies without risk.

Therefore, advanced examination of not only risky pregnancies but also all pregnancies with Perinatology will allow you to have a safer, stress-free, enjoyable and conscious pregnancy.
